THE CHALLENGE
Parenting is hard. Beautiful, but hard.
We’ve lost the village. You’re not meant to do it alone. And yet, so many are feeling isolated in the journey.
We're in unprecedented times and events of recent years have impacted all of us.
Kids are feeling the state of the world – and it impacts the whole family system.
The truth is out - of how much moms are holding, and how much there is to be, do and hold.
Mothers need – and deserve – more.
If you’re the mother of a highly sensitive child, a neurodivergent child, an LGBTQ child figuring out their identity, or a kiddo struggling with mental and physical health challenges, you’re feeling it even more.
And it’s so easy to be looking outside of yourself for solutions and expert advice.
SO WHAT’S THE SOLUTION?
When you learn to partner with your body and your nervous system, find stability within yourself, and learn to release old survival stress and trauma, you become the calm and steady place.
You learn to access wisdom and guidance from a grounded and knowing place within, NOT scrambling to find the right expert for your kid.
You can access intelligence and wisdom you didn’t know was available.
You get to lean in and co-regulate as you come into community, and your family co-regulates with you.
You get to have a renewed relationship with your child, and support them in their journey, while feeling steady on your own journey.
You do your inner work, and it helps all make the change in your outer world. You become “the medicine” – for them, and for you.
And when you re-member, a healing process that follows the experience of feeling your world turned upside down (that often happens at some point in motherhood), you become a person who can walk on the earth feeling whole, integrated, and confident in who she is again.

A 6-week Virtual Program

Here’s where your Mother Medicine journey will take you…
Module 1:
Settle Your Own System: Creating Stability and Predictability
Learn how your nervous system works, and how deeply it needs stability and predictability to function well. Create a settled system, where you know stability and predictability in your body, home and family, so you can all lean in to a more settled state - which helps you, your kid, and your entire family to thrive.
Module 2:
Resourcing & Releasing
Learn the difference between resourcing yourself (external) to be able to come back to regulation, and actually releasing stored survival stress and trauma (internal), and why both resourcing and releasing matter and are essential to your well-being. Discover how they affect your capacity to parent from a steady and wise place. Learn to use both for your (and your child’s) nervous system regulation, resilience-building, and for growing your capacity to be the eye of the storm when needed.
Module 3:
Unwinding the Old Ways
Unpack your beliefs around the mother you’re “supposed” to be, and discover what’s in the way of you being the best mother you are able to be. Explore what got lost (but never honored) in your motherhood journey, and create a new way forward. Learn how addressing these beliefs and stepping into authentic parenting expressions helps to heal forward and backward in time.
Module 4:
Returning to Trust: Your Body as Messenger and Partner
Understand how stress and trauma live in the body and the impact they can have. Learn how your body works like a messenger to show you what isn’t aligned, and help you see what is. Understand how your body can support you in parenting, in decisionmaking, in responding to your kids, in helping to heal (or to know what’s needed to heal). Discover how to partner with your body so it can give you access to information you need for your own well-being – physical, mental and spiritual.
Module 5:
Rhythms & Rituals: Your pathway to parenting confidence, courage, freedom and joy
Understand why rhythms and rituals are essential for your nervous system health, as well as your emotional and physical well-being. Explore how they can change your life, health, parenting, and resilience. Create rhythms and rituals for you and your children that help to create stability, ease, and trust in your household. Discover the courage, calm, connectedness and joy that are available.
Module 6:
Leaning in: Village as Medicine
You are not meant to do this alone. Discover the power of leaning in for support, community, and wisdom available to you in the collective. Return to and remember the knowing of “village” that lives in your nervous system. We’ll explore and expanded definition of village, and allow it to be good medicine for you in your mothering journey. In addition to Modules 1-5, as you access wisdom and support from the village, you learn to become the Medicine, and this will support your vibrant family life.
MOTHER MEDICINE INCLUDES:
· Six brief, practical and manageable teachings sent to your inbox weekly
· Six live and interactive modules, with group connection, deepening into the teachings, facilitated by Kelly
· Practices (home study) for you to take home and apply immediately for shifts in your family
· Community space where you can connect with your "village" of other mothers
· Access to all recordings if you miss a call
· One nervous system healing session – live and recorded, so you can have use this as resource to find calm or release, whenever you need
· Opportunity to upgrade with private sessions, so you can receive deeper, more focused and individualized coaching support with Kelly
